This 38.2 kDa homodimeric protein retains full biological activity and potently stimulates endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation in vitro. Supplied lyophilized (50 µg) with carrier protein (BSA). Suitable for cell culture, bioassays, and as a standard in angiogenesis studies. ED₅₀ < 5 ng/mL as measured by proliferation of HUVECs.
