A highly sensitive sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of human interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. This assay employs a monoclonal antibody specific for human IL-6 coated on a 96-well plate, with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP for colorimetric detection. The kit delivers reliable results within 3.5 hours with a detection range of 1.56–100 pg/mL.
