What are the shipping charges?

Standard Ground (ambient products): $15 flat rate, FREE on orders over $500. Overnight/Cold Chain: $35–$65 depending on package size and dry ice requirements. Hazardous materials surcharge: $30 per package. International shipping rates vary by destination — contact our sales team for a quote.

What is the order cutoff time for same-day shipping?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Custom products and items requiring special packaging may need additional preparation time.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Due to the nature of our products and shipping requirements (FedEx), we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. University and institutional mailrooms are acceptable.

What happens if my package is damaged or delayed?

If your package arrives damaged or if cold chain integrity is compromised, contact us within 48 hours at +1 (800) 942-0528 or orders@enzolifesciences.com. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional charge. For delayed packages, contact FedEx directly with your tracking number or reach out to our customer service team.

Do you ship hazardous materials?

Yes, Enzo Life Sciences is certified to ship hazardous materials via ground and air transport in compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations. Hazardous materials orders may require additional documentation and incur a $30 surcharge per package. Some products may be restricted from air transport and will ship ground only.

Cold Chain Integrity Guaranteed

Enzo Life Sciences maintains strict cold chain protocols for all temperature-sensitive products. Our distribution center in Farmingdale, NY is equipped with dedicated cold storage areas at +4°C, -20°C, and -80°C.

Products requiring cold chain shipping are packaged with appropriate amounts of dry ice or gel packs in insulated containers designed to maintain target temperatures for 48+ hours. All shipments include temperature indicators when required.

If a product arrives outside its specified temperature range, contact us immediately for a replacement at no charge.

Enzo Life Sciences ships to over 40 countries worldwide through our direct operations and authorized distributor network. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority with full customs documentation.

Key International Shipping Information:

Orders to Europe are fulfilled from our Lausen, Switzerland facility
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the consignee
Hazardous materials (IATA/IMDG classified) require special documentation — allow 2–3 additional business days
