Domestic Shipping Options (US)
All orders placed before 1:00 PM ET ship same day
Standard Ground
FedEx Ground delivery in 3–5 business days. Available for ambient-stable products only. Free shipping on orders over $500.
Overnight / Priority
FedEx Priority Overnight delivery by 10:30 AM next business day. Required for cold-chain products shipped on gel packs or dry ice.
Cold Chain / Dry Ice
Temperature-controlled shipping with dry ice or gel packs. Products are packaged in insulated containers to maintain -20°C or -80°C during transit.
Cold Chain Integrity Guaranteed
Enzo Life Sciences maintains strict cold chain protocols for all temperature-sensitive products. Our distribution center in Farmingdale, NY is equipped with dedicated cold storage areas at +4°C, -20°C, and -80°C.
Products requiring cold chain shipping are packaged with appropriate amounts of dry ice or gel packs in insulated containers designed to maintain target temperatures for 48+ hours. All shipments include temperature indicators when required.
If a product arrives outside its specified temperature range, contact us immediately for a replacement at no charge.
International Shipping
Enzo Life Sciences ships to over 40 countries worldwide through our direct operations and authorized distributor network. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority with full customs documentation.
Key International Shipping Information:
- Orders to Europe are fulfilled from our Lausen, Switzerland facility
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the consignee
- Hazardous materials (IATA/IMDG classified) require special documentation — allow 2–3 additional business days
- Cold chain integrity is maintained with validated packaging for international transit
- Countries with import restrictions on biological reagents may require an import permit
