GreenView Plus Nucleic Acid Gel Stain (500 µL)

GreenView Plus is an ultra-sensitive, non-mutagenic nucleic acid gel stain for visualizing DNA and RNA in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. Unlike ethidium bromide, GreenView Plus exhibits minimal mutagenicity (negative in Ames test) and does not require special disposal procedures. It provides equivalent or superior sensitivity compared to ethidium bromide, detecting as little as 0.1 ng of dsDNA. Compatible with standard UV transilluminators (302 nm) and blue-light LED imagers. Supplied as a 10,000× concentrate in DMSO.
