Measuring Oxidative Damage & Antioxidant Defense
Oxidative stress — the imbalance between reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and antioxidant defense — is implicated in virtually every major disease category: cancer, neurodegeneration, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, aging, and inflammatory disorders. ROS & Reactive Species Detection
Fluorescent and colorimetric probes for superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, peroxynitrite, and nitric oxide detection in live cells, tissue homogenates, and biological fluids. Our cell-permeable ROS sensors enable real-time monitoring of oxidative burst in neutrophils, macrophages, and cultured cells.
Lipid Peroxidation Assays
