About ELISA Kits
Enzo Life Sciences offers a comprehensive portfolio of ELISA kits designed for accurate quantification of key analytes in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and tissue lysates. Our kits feature optimized antibody pairs, color-coded reagents, and validated protocols for reproducible results.
Featured ELISA Kits

Human IL-6 ELISA Kit
A highly sensitive sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of human interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. This assay employs a monoclonal antibody specific for human IL-6 coated on a 96-well plate, with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP for colorimetric detection. The kit delivers reliable results within 3.5 hours with a detection range of 1.56–100 pg/mL.

Cortisol ELISA Kit
A highly sensitive competitive immunoassay for quantitative determination of cortisol in biological fluids. This species-independent kit supports diverse sample types including saliva, urine, serum, plasma (heparin, EDTA), fecal extracts, and dried blood spots (DBS). The assay employs a competitive binding principle where cortisol in standards and samples competes with cortisol conjugated to alkaline phosphatase for binding sites on a polyclonal antibody. Features a wide detection range of 156.25–10,000 pg/mL with sensitivity of 56.72 pg/mL. Ideal for stress research, endocrinology, and behavioral studies across multiple species including human, mouse, rat, and other mammals. Complete results in 3 hours with minimal hands-on time.
Cytokine & Chemokine Detection
Quantify IL-1, IL-6, TNF-alpha, and other inflammatory mediators with high sensitivity and specificity.
Oxidative Stress Markers
Measure 8-OHdG, protein carbonyls, and other oxidative damage markers in biological samples.
Hormone Assays
Accurately quantify steroid hormones, thyroid hormones, and growth factors with validated ELISA kits.
