How to Submit a Request
To exercise your data rights, submit a request via email to privacy@enzolifesciences.com. To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before processing any request.
Processing Timeline
Exceptions & Limitations
Certain requests may be subject to exceptions under applicable law. For example:
- We may need to retain certain data to comply with legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., tax records, order history for seven years)
- Data required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims may be exempt from erasure requests
- Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be subject to a reasonable fee or refusal
- Data processed for archiving in the public interest, scientific research, or statistical purposes may have limited rights
California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
- Right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold
- Right to request deletion of personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
